Case background: NPC Ukrenergo unlawfully charged our client, an electricity export trader, transmission service fees on their export operations.

Considering these funds to be unjustly acquired, we filed a lawsuit to recover 5,265,837.73 UAH.

Result: The courts of first and appellate instance fully granted our claim. 

Ukrenergo subsequently filed a cassation appeal; however, the Supreme Court dismissed it on April 9, 2026, upholding the previous court rulings.

Courts at all three levels agreed with our position and ordered the defendant to pay the client 5,265,837.73 UAH. It is also significant that the court decision has been fully executed, and the funds have been transferred to the client's account in full.
